BMW has done well after launching.  Some of the notable OEM vehicles that they have produced over the years include:

2002 (1968):

Z3 (1996):

The Z3 was a compact roadster with a distinctive design. It featured a range of engines, including inline-six options.
The Z3 marked BMW’s entry into the sports car and roadster segment, expanding its product lineup and appealing to a broader range of drivers.

i3 (2013):

The BMW i3 was an all-electric compact car with a lightweight carbon fiber-reinforced body and electric powertrain options.
