Audis combine turbocharged direct-injection engines, quattro all-wheel drive and dual-clutch or Tiptronic transmissions. Most expensive Audi repairs start as a small leak, a noise or a warning light that was left too long.
Quick answer: Radman Auto Repair diagnoses and repairs Audi vehicles in Etobicoke with dealer-level scan tools, follows the factory maintenance schedule and uses parts and fluids that meet Audi specifications. Servicing here does not affect your warranty.

Common Audi Problems

Timing chain tensioner early 2.0 TFSI engines used a tensioner that can fail; updated parts are fitted.
Oil consumption some 2009–2011 2.0 TFSI engines burn oil because of piston ring design.
Carbon build-up direct-injection intake valves collect deposits that cause misfires and rough idle.
S tronic service dual-clutch transmissions need fluid and filter service at the specified interval.
PCV valve a failed PCV valve causes whistling, rough idle and lean codes. See P0171.
Audi Maintenance Notes
- Use oil that meets VW 502 / 504 / 508 approvals as specified for your engine.
- Change S tronic fluid and filter on schedule; Tiptronic fluid benefits from service on high-kilometre cars.
- quattro models need matched tires; mixing tread depths strains the drivetrain.
- Watch coolant level; Audi plastic cooling parts age.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my Audi losing coolant?
On 2.0 TFSI engines the water pump and thermostat housing is a common leak point. A pressure test confirms it before parts are replaced.
Does my Audi need carbon cleaning?
Direct-injection engines build up intake valve deposits over time. If you have misfires or rough idle at higher kilometres, we inspect the valves and clean them if needed.
Can you service S tronic and quattro?
Yes. We service dual-clutch transmissions, Tiptronic automatics and quattro differentials with the correct fluids.
Do you service the e-tron?
Yes, including brakes, which corrode from low use on EVs. See our Audi e-tron brake page.
Will having the work done at an independent shop affect my warranty?
No. Using an independent shop for maintenance and repairs does not void your new-vehicle warranty. Keep your invoices; we document the parts and work on every job.
