The key distinction: no heat after a coolant flush is almost always about air trapped during recent service. Heat that only works while driving, in a vehicle that hasn't had recent cooling work, usually means the system can't keep up with coolant flow demand once the engine load or RPM increases — a developing problem, not a service side effect.
